Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse this site, request an estimate, or engage TygsLab for a project.
About the studio
TygsLab is an independent web development studio building custom, database-driven web platforms. Using this website does not create a client relationship — that begins only when we agree the scope of a project in writing.
Estimates are not quotes
The instant estimator on this site is powered by an AI model. Any figure it produces is an indicative ballpark only, generated from a short conversation and a general price guide. It is not an offer, a fixed price, or a contract.
Prices vary with scope, integrations, timelines, and the state of any existing system. A binding quote is issued only in writing, by us, after we have discussed your requirements.
Projects and payment
Each engagement is governed by its own agreement covering scope, milestones, timelines, and fees. Where those terms conflict with this page, the project agreement takes precedence.
Ownership of work
On full payment, ownership of the custom code and assets we build for your project transfers to you. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tooling, libraries, or internal components we reuse, and we grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your platform.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
Third-party services
Platforms we build typically rely on third-party providers such as hosting, databases, payment processors, and email services. Those providers operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or policy changes.
Using this site
Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, access areas you are not authorised to use, or submit unlawful or abusive content through the contact form or estimator. The site’s content, design, and code remain the property of TygsLab.
Liability
This website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TygsLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on an automated estimate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
