We only collect information you choose to send us:

• Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, the project details you write, and your consent to be contacted.
• Project estimator chat: the messages you send to our AI estimator. If you choose to continue to the request form, that conversation is included with your inquiry.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not ask for payment details on this site.

Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and discuss your project. With your consent, we may contact you by email, direct message, or phone call. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

To operate this site we rely on a small number of providers who may process your data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database provider (Neon), and Anthropic, whose Claude model powers the project estimator. Messages you send to the estimator are processed by Anthropic in order to generate a reply.

Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time and we will remove it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Just get in touch and we will action it.
